Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing projects or aspects of projects
Providing guidance for specific tasks/subtasks
Manages day-to-day activities and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements & standards
Provides supervision of multiple complex projects and principal liaison responsibilities with client on all business, technical and cost matters for task project planning, scheduling and implementation
Directs completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience performing duties within a DoD, federal, or defense‑support environment
Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission‑driven, and customer‑facing government setting
Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
Ability to comply with all federal government contracting, suitability, and security requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel
Must be able a US Citizen and able to attain clearance. (#clearable) (#secret) CLEARABLE; SECRET PREFERRED
1-4 years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs related to logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration
Prior experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations
Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments
Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks
