Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for managing projects or aspects of projects
  • Providing guidance for specific tasks/subtasks
  • Manages day-to-day activities and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements & standards
  • Provides supervision of multiple complex projects and principal liaison responsibilities with client on all business, technical and cost matters for task project planning, scheduling and implementation
  • Directs completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience performing duties within a DoD, federal, or defense‑support environment
  • Ability to operate effectively in a structured, mission‑driven, and customer‑facing government setting
  • Experience supporting programs with defined task orders, performance metrics, and delivery timelines
  • Ability to comply with all federal government contracting, suitability, and security requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with military, civilian, and contractor personnel
  • Must be able a US Citizen and able to attain clearance. (#clearable) (#secret) CLEARABLE; SECRET PREFERRED
  • 1-4 years of experience in managing and directing DoD projects and programs related to logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration
  • Prior experience supporting USMC, DoD, or other federal defense organizations
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structures, operational processes, or logistics/IT environments
  • Experience briefing or supporting senior government or military leadership
  • Understanding of federal acquisition, compliance, or operational frameworks
