Associate Director – Digital Customer Growth – Strategy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic planning and initiative execution for the Digital Consumer organization to deliver on annual and long-range financial and business targets.
- Support the development and implementation of annual strategic plans for the Digital Consumer Organization.
- Translate company vision and objectives into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
- Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, driving timely and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct rigorous analyses to assess business performance, identify operational gaps, and uncover new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Build robust business cases for proposed initiatives, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and updates to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or related fields, preferably within digital commerce and/or telecommunications.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
