About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance skills and performance.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met and resources are utilized effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
- Manage key client relationships, provide expertise and consultation for complex problems, and participate in important negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
