About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance and foster ongoing skill development.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, resolve complex challenges, and participate in major negotiations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with an emphasis on business-to-business or mid-market sales.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, product offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and team development within a sales organization.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets in a competitive, complex business environment.
