Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Oversee staffing, skill development, and retention of consultants, providing mentorship and support.
  • Manage project activities, ensuring budgets, schedules, and performance standards are met.
  • Develop service offerings, client strategies, and best practices to meet business goals.

Requirements
