About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling.
- Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
- Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections and uncover customer needs.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned accounts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, with a preference for technology-based sales.
- Experience and knowledge in IT and advanced technology.
- Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
