Senior Associate – Python Programming, Automation, Service Assurance, Networking
AT&TService Assurance Associate supporting project execution and maintaining service quality for AT&T clients in Bengaluru. Collaborating across teams to enhance technical service operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support service assurance and project execution activities to help maintain service quality.
- Achieve project objectives and improve client satisfaction.
- Assist with coordinating scope, schedule, resources, and cross-functional efforts.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, supporting issue resolution, contributing to process improvements and documentation, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of practical experience in service assurance, technical operations, or a related support role
- Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of automation tools, especially Microsoft Power Automate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred; technical background is an advantage.
- English at B2 level or higher
