About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise and lead multiple retail stores to meet and/or exceed area sales objectives.
  • Support the Retail Store Managers in achieving operational excellence.
  • Meet or exceed area sales objectives by coaching, developing, motivating, and encouraging the sales team.
  • Spend at least 50% of your time visiting retail locations.
  • Provide monthly store and representative performance feedback.
  • Analyze business reports to formulate action plans for positive performance.
  • Develop employees for growth and promotion.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three years of successful sales experience, of which at least two years must have been as a manager.
  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Ability to motivate and lead direct reports.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within a district.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds during event setup.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
