Key responsibilities & impact

Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that automate system monitoring, incident analysis, and remediation
Develop AI‑powered assistants and runbooks that guide engineers during incidents
Create autonomous workflows that analyze logs, metrics, and events and take corrective actions
Write clean, production‑ready automation code (Python, scripts, APIs)
Partner with engineers to improve system reliability, performance, and observability
Learn core SRE fundamentals: reliability, monitoring, incident response, and postmortems

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience (can include internships, co‑ops, research, and strong project work)
At least 1-2 internships and/or co-ops required
Hands on work experience is essential
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Very strong experience with AI and Generative AI LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, agents, or AI automation projects
Hands‑on coding experience in Python (or similar language)
Experience building or experimenting with: AI agents or autonomous workflows, AI‑powered tools, bots, or decision systems
