About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Network Design & Planning - develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment.
Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues and analyze data and perform optimization and capacity management.
Site Acquisition - finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure.
Construction & Optimization - Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds.
Program Management and Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage complex technical project plans to continuously improve network performance and reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
3+ years of related experience.
Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.
Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations as applicable to job function.
