About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop unique, breakthrough thumb-stopping content for bespoke platforms.
  • Lead and execute strategy for branded social media channels that include creative, messaging, production, distribution, engagement, talent/influence, paid media reporting, insights and governance for business priorities.
  • Collaborate with agency teams and external influencers and creators for best-in-class content creation and partner with internal Public Relations, Brand, Design & Marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Maintain for your assigned platforms a conversation calendar that outlines content themes, posting schedules and key dates.
  • Monitor and adjust the calendar based on performance metrics, trends and company priorities.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content, identify trends and inform future strategies. Track, analyze and report on key impacts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager for a Brand or Agency-side
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines
