About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer engagement.
Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic strategies in close partnership with marketing teams.
Manage SEO strategy, execution, and performance.
Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively.
Lead the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of growth experiments and campaigns using A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
