About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Work on the sales floor, interact with customers, and manage online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided
