Key responsibilities & impact

Drive digital program and project success by leading cross-functional execution, managing risk, ensuring quality, and enabling communication across teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
Provide oversight for the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from planning and development through execution, monitoring, and embedding deliverables into business operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive project requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.
Act as the central point of coordination for teams operating across different platforms and business areas.
Proactively identify potential risks, issues, or changes in project scope by leveraging tools such as risk registers and change logs.
Serve as a communication bridge, translating complex technical or business information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years’ experience in digital program/project management or similar roles
Proven track record managing cross-functional programs and projects end-to-end
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Quickbase, Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Planner)
