About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive digital program and project success by leading cross-functional execution, managing risk, ensuring quality, and enabling communication across teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
  • Provide oversight for the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from planning and development through execution, monitoring, and embedding deliverables into business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather comprehensive project requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for teams operating across different platforms and business areas.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, issues, or changes in project scope by leveraging tools such as risk registers and change logs.
  • Serve as a communication bridge, translating complex technical or business information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital program/project management or similar roles
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional programs and projects end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Quickbase, Workfront, JIRA, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Planner)
