About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets across a full P&L—covering subscriber volumes, allocated results, and key business drivers.
  • Develop insightful executive presentations, providing monthly readouts and variance explanations for Finance and Operational leadership.
  • Build and strengthen connections between operational metrics and financial performance, surfacing trends and actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner closely with finance leadership: Collaborate to understand the operational expense story and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate monthly close, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Perform complex data modeling and advanced financial analysis to support strategic and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proactive change agent who isn’t afraid to challenge existing processes to create better solutions and lasting impact.
  • Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities—able to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines and in challenging, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong critical thinking, financial modeling, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Results-driven and proactive, with a strong track record of overcoming challenges, and consistently getting things done.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex concepts and present to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative team player who builds relationships and influences across all levels of the organization.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset—always seeking to learn and improve.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; adept at working with large datasets and creating robust financial models.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and financial systems (MR2020/FDW); experience extracting, analyzing, and presenting financial data.
