About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sales employees will focus on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field.
  • When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.
  • Build and grow strategic customer relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business customers using a consultative approach to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue and account growth: Generate new opportunities while expanding and retaining existing accounts through effective sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead complex sales engagements: Own and manage large, sophisticated sales opportunities with minimal supervision across a higher-than-average quota or territory.
  • Support end-to-end customer success: Assist in resolving customer issues related to billing, installation, or service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay market-aware: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B2B sales experience: 8+ years of related sales experience with demonstrated success managing complex customer accounts.
  • Advanced sales acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
  • Leadership capability: Experience mentoring or supporting other sellers, leading initiatives, or introducing new solutions.
  • Consultative selling expertise: Ability to assess customer priorities and position AT&T solutions that address strategic business needs.
  • Strategic sales execution: Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Complex deal leadership: Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder sales engagements from opportunity through close.
  • Analytical problem-solving: Strong ability to analyze data, evaluate sales opportunities, and resolve complex challenges.
  • Effective communication: Ability to clearly present solutions and influence customers and internal partners.
