About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support service assurance activities to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, tools, and automations.
- Apply knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph to support AI-enabled workflows and process orchestration.
- Troubleshoot issues across systems, workflows, and network environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and operational best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Python programming skills.
- Working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
