Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize earning potential by working during store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours
Create meaningful connections with every customer, with personalized sales expertise
Meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T’s full suite of products
Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
Participate in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Flexible and open to change in fast-paced environment
No sales experience? Will provide tools, training and coaching needed to help meet and exceed your goals
