About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options
- Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T’s products
- Participate in community events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to customers
- Work on a monthly seniority-based schedule, available 2 weeks in advance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Ability to provide sales expertise and create meaningful connections with customers
- Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule availability between 9am-9pm, including weekends
