Key responsibilities & impact

Create meaningful connections with every customer
Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach
Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
Use tools, training and coaching provided to meet and exceed sales goals
Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 days office presence per week
Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
Flexible and open to change to meet customer’s needs
Drive and passion for helping people will shine
