About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create meaningful connections with every customer
- Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach
- Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
- Use tools, training and coaching provided to meet and exceed sales goals
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 days office presence per week
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Flexible and open to change to meet customer’s needs
- Drive and passion for helping people will shine
