About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create meaningful connections with every customer
  • Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach
  • Participate in community events and make outbound calls to customers
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
  • Use tools, training and coaching provided to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 days office presence per week
  • Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
  • Flexible and open to change to meet customer’s needs
  • Drive and passion for helping people will shine
