About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships.
- Generate new and existing sales, and deliver AT&T products, services, and/or solutions to address customers’ strategic business priorities.
- Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities.
- Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 2+ years of related sales experience.
- A mid-level sales representative with solid grasp of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
- Manages small to mid-sized sales and occasionally handles large complex sales.
- Works with moderate on-going supervision.
- Responsible for a moderate quota or territory.
- Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
- May lead presentations and mentor less experienced peers.
