About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports compliance with federal and state regulations by monitoring proceedings, complaint pleadings, and regulatory developments
Review certification applications and filings required for operations
Act as a liaison to regulatory agencies, such as the FCC, by responding to inquiries and facilitating communication
Plan and implement regulatory strategies for new products to help secure governmental approval
Conduct research on regulatory trends and compile information to identify potential impacts on the company’s operations
Support processes related to documentation and reporting, analysis, witness and testimony management, regulatory strategy, public policy and advocacy, and/or stakeholder communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
5+ years of related experience
Certification may be required in some areas
