About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads and supervises a team of engineers to design, implement, and optimize advanced technical sales solutions, ensuring successful customer integration of company products and services.
- Direct and supervise engineers, manage performance, and foster professional development for team growth.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and consultation on designing, customizing, and implementing complex solutions.
- Ensure successful product integration, deliver quality pre/post-sales support, including consulting, demos, and addressing inquiries.
- Lead deployment projects, manage technical sales solutions, align them with business goals and cost objectives, and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Develop training programs, drive continuous improvement, and maintain comprehensive documentation, generating performance reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of related sales experience
- Strong technical collaboration and consulting ability with clients and internal resources
- Current technical sales and sales management experience within the past 3 years
- Expert in technical solution designing and product knowledge including software, hardware and IT infrastructures
- Certified in CCNA, CCIE, CSSIP
- Understanding and analyze emerging trends to solve complex issues
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts
- Strategic/Proactive Thinking
- Building and driving high-performing teams
- Strong leadership qualities in telecom industry-foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills for mentoring and developing team
- Expert at strategic planning and execution with focus on identify and capitalizing on high sale opportunities or growth opportunities within a low share customer base.
