About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
- Provide system administration support
- Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
- Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field, 11 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware
- Security+ or relevant certification
