About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise.
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions by utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products.
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
- Provide tools, training, and coaching to help meet and exceed sales goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Flexibility and openness to change is essential in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
