About the role

  • Integrated, Multi‑Product Marketing Planning
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across Business Unit marketing plans and recommend data‑driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Guide integrated planning and budgeting processes to ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across the Marketing organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of integrated marketing planning capabilities, tools, and workflows.
  • Budget Management, Optimization & Performance Oversight
  • Monitor marketing spend and performance against forecasts and develop holistic weekly reporting for Marketing and cross‑functional leadership.
  • Evaluate performance trends, business conditions, and forecast changes to recommend and implement budget adjustments.
  • Assess and optimize marketing investment effectiveness to maximize return, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Business Unit teams.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner by providing insights, guidance, and decision support throughout planning and execution.
  • Facilitate cross‑team alignment to ensure coordinated marketing efforts in support of shared revenue and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in business management, ecommerce, economics, analytics, or financial planning for complex, multi‑channel marketing programs, with an emphasis on strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and executive‑level reporting in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with an ability to create structure and process, building something from nothing.
  • Highly motivated and a strong self-starter
  • Strong cross collaboration skills with experience partnering with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written communicator: everyone looks forward to your emails
  • Superb efficiency and quality under tight deadlines – set and meet tight deliverables for multiple simultaneous projects while assuring accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
