Define automation-first, risk-based quality strategies and test plans aligned to business outcomes and release goals.
Partner with Program Managers, Development Leads, and Architects to identify test scenarios and quality risks.
Design, implement, and enhance test automation to improve coverage, reliability, and regression confidence.
Drive CQE efficiency by standardizing reusable test assets and leveraging AI to analyze results faster and reduce redundancy.
Collaborate early in the design phase to define API flows, data requirements, and test strategies.
Support sustainment and regression testing for AT&T releases.
Report defects, analyze test results, and produce quality metrics using AI to automate reporting and improve triage.

Requirements

10+ years of hands-on software QA and testing experience
7+ years working with complex, integrated systems and service-oriented architectures
Strong understanding of digital online platforms and self-service customer journeys
Proficiency using dashboards, logs, and telemetry to drive data-informed quality decisions
Strong defect management and triage skills
Hands-on troubleshooting using observability tools such as ELK (Elastic/Kibana) and Quantum Metric
Intermediate to advanced experience with test automation tools, including Playwright (preferred), Robot Framework, Katalon, Appium
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics; developer nanodegree; or equivalent professional experience
