About the role
- Responsible for Authorized Retail sales productivity across 20+ doors
- Develop and attain AT&T sales objectives by partnering with authorized retail district management for a geographic area
- Achieve sales objectives by innovating and creating outside growth strategies around AT&T products and services
- Drive sales results and establish target interlock for geographic area
- Implement strategic and tactical programs to grow AT&T's business inside and outside the retail walls
- Partner with Authorized Retail management to maximize efforts around door swings
- Analyze business reports to identify trends and adjust strategic and tactical programs as needed
- Assure optimization of resources to meet and/or exceed sales objectives
- Ensure training objectives and quarterly training for the district meet and exceed expectations
Requirements
- Typically, a bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 5 years’ retail, customer-facing, sales experience
- 2 years sales management experience preferred.
- 8+ years of related sales experience.
