About the role

  • Responsible for Authorized Retail sales productivity across 20+ doors
  • Develop and attain AT&T sales objectives by partnering with authorized retail district management for a geographic area
  • Achieve sales objectives by innovating and creating outside growth strategies around AT&T products and services
  • Drive sales results and establish target interlock for geographic area
  • Implement strategic and tactical programs to grow AT&T's business inside and outside the retail walls
  • Partner with Authorized Retail management to maximize efforts around door swings
  • Analyze business reports to identify trends and adjust strategic and tactical programs as needed
  • Assure optimization of resources to meet and/or exceed sales objectives
  • Ensure training objectives and quarterly training for the district meet and exceed expectations

Requirements

  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 5 years’ retail, customer-facing, sales experience
  • 2 years sales management experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of related sales experience.
