Develop and execute sourcing strategies for emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, Internet of Things, and automation) that align to business and technical roadmaps.
Lead supplier selection activities, including market research, competitive comparisons, and stakeholder alignment to support technology adoption.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements to deliver favorable commercial terms, clear deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
Own ongoing supplier management—performance reviews, issue resolution, and adherence to security controls and contractual obligations.
Partner with business unit and cross-functional teams to provide cost analysis, risk assessments, and recommendations that inform executive decisions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and proactively manage sourcing risks to support compliance and continuity.

Requirements

5+ years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Certification is required in some areas.
Experience leading significant sourcing initiatives with strategic autonomy and measurable business impact.
Experience influencing executive decisions through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional alignment.
Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced staff through complex sourcing work.
