About the role
- Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area
- Supervises sales and support staff, including responsibility for hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making regarding discharge of subordinate employees
- Oversees Inventory and Compliance of subordinates including licensure, permits and documentation is per policy and procedure
- Manages fleet vehicle responsibilities
- Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 3-5 years, customer facing, sales experience
- 3-5 years management experience preferred
- Supervisory experience
