Requirements

10+ years of experience in embedded software development, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Proven track record of building and scaling software development teams, preferably within Wireline Network Systems.
Strong experience with software architecture.
Demonstrated success driving AI and automation adoption to achieve productivity gains.
Prior experience delivering high‑stakes, large‑scale deployments.
Onsite work required in Atlanta, GA.
