About the role

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of AT&T solutions to drive connectivity and VAS revenue growth
  • Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications
  • Provide technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices
  • Consultant is typically viewed as a mentor or coach
  • Should be comfortable with and confident in leading training calls, working with sales leadership, running sales calls, collaborating with others including project management, marketing and support teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 8+ years of sales related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
