About the role

  • Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compliance programs, including creating and maintaining compliance documentation, standards, and measurement tools.
  • Oversee and coordinate compliance obligations across the organization, including planning, executing, documenting, and tracking required impact reviews to support lawful and compliant decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth risk assessments and advanced compliance reviews to identify potential issues, evaluate control effectiveness, and support effective risk management practices.
  • Define compliance guidelines and build monitoring, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility to risk and compliance status and to ensure timely remediation where needed.
  • Collect and analyze data related to compliance activities; provide expert recommendations to resolve complex compliance issues and enhance compliance processes.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports, maintain comprehensive documentation, and develop and deliver compliance training to educate employees on regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including third-party suppliers and regulatory bodies, as applicable) and stay current on changes in laws and regulations to keep compliance programs up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of CORE tool would be very valuable
