About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivots, lookups; Power Query a plus)
  • Experience building and delivering KPI dashboards and executive-ready performance narratives (Power BI/Tableau or similar preferred)
  • SQL and/or data tooling familiarity for repeatable reporting (Snowflake/Databricks/Alteryx or similar)
  • Experience with process automation and metric governance
