About the role
- Lead and manage the delivery of AEP personalization capabilities—including Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Offer Library, Target—within the enterprise personalization ecosystem.
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AEP-enabled personalization across channels.
- Prioritize use cases and capabilities based on business value, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure AEP integrations are scalable, reliable, and aligned to business goals.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring clarity on ownership, deliverables, and timelines.
- Drive MVP-based, iterative delivery to accelerate time-to-value.
- Drive end-to-end delivery planning across engineering, data, design, marketing, legal, and vendor teams.
- Establish and manage program governance rituals—weekly checkpoints, risk reviews, dependency dashboards, and executive readouts.
- Monitor key KPIs (conversion, CSAT, LTV, engagement) to inform roadmap decisions and optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates to leadership, cross-functional partners, and external vendors.
- Serve as an internal evangelist for AEP and omnichannel personalization, increasing awareness and adoption across teams.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, data engineering, and machine learning teams to enable real-time insights and personalization use cases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in personalization, customer data platforms, or related MarTech functions.
- Hands-on familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Target, Customer Journey Analytics, or related components.
- Strong program management foundation—roadmapping, dependency management, risk mitigation, cross-team leadership.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, content management systems, and data pipelines.
- Experience writing technical user stories and working with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly across business and technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and using it to guide decision-making.
- A passion for building digital experiences that feel intuitive, relevant, and real-time.
