About the role
- Strategically lead and optimize the performance of Integrated Solutions teams within a defined territory
- Drive revenue growth through effective in-home customer engagement and innovative sales tactics
- Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies, short and long-term plans
- Establish business objectives for each IHE territory
- Ensure successful achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee force management, audit, and compliance reviews
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data for informed decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 10+ years of related sales experience
