About the role
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform and improve the design and functionality of products and services, ensuring they meet user needs and enhance overall user experience.
- Perform analysis across Sales, Account Management, Support, IDM across products and platforms.
- Analysis execution for both quantitative and qualitative studies including: Use of stand-alone Voice of the Customer structured and unstructured data to draw insights.
- Use of Voice of the Customer data in conjunction with data and session analysis from Quantum Metric, Adobe, and other relevant tools.
- Use of Voice of the Customer data in conjunction with data from POCR, engagement, and other key internal metrics.
- Use of AI tools for analysis.
- Use of SQL and/or other tools to join and analyze data.
- Develop and implement comprehensive research plans and methodologies to gather user insights that inform high-level design and product decisions across the organization.
- Analyze and interpret complex research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Compile findings into strategic reports and presentations, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user research findings into the design and development process.
- Influence strategic decision-making through research insights and perspectives.
- Create detailed user personas and journey maps based on comprehensive research data.
- Produce research artifacts such as insight briefs, journey maps, affinity diagrams, and usability reports to support strategic design decisions.
- Continuously iterate on research methods and processes to ensure they remain effective and innovative.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 4 minimum years of related experience.
- An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems.
- Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions.
