About the role
- Interpret contractual terms and ensure compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
- Write precise work orders, ensure adherence to schedules, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
- Conduct quality inspections of contract work and promptly address safety issues.
- Coordinate payment of invoices, manage change orders, monitor inventory, order materials, and address customer concerns.
- Work with local municipalities for permits and inspections, review final documents for accuracy, and manage duty rosters and supervisory responsibilities during out-of-hours/weekend operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
