Design and execute automated tests
Identify and resolve issues
Define corrective measures
Review system requirements
Monitor quality assurance metrics to ensure optimal performance
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Work with the US-based Quality Lead to develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Coordinate with stakeholders and identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

Experience as a member of the SCRUM team in the same/similar position
Experience with testing tools
Experience with Test Automation
Experience on the level of the test automation architect or programmer is an Advantage
Willingness and open to learn new technologies (Windows, Linux, Unix, AZURE, C/C++, C#/.NET, JAVA, Python, TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell, GIT, Some Relational and non-REL DBs such a Mongo, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL)
Experience with any Testing Frameworks /Libraries (Playwright, Cypress.IO, Pytest, Selenium, Cucumber) is an advantage
Experiences with any object-oriented programming language is an Advantage
Able to work with standard collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, GIT)
Experiences with IDE are Advantage (we are using MS Studio CODE)
