About the role
- Oversee the timely negotiation, execution, and administration of supplier agreements (NDAs, teaming agreements, master agreements, supplemental agreements), ensuring accurate terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with AT&T’s operational goals and objectives, driving value and optimization across key categories.
- Track contract activity through regular reporting and 1x1 calls with direct reports, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, including 30-60-90 day contract expiration tracking.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contract modifications and specifications to maintain quality, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead and support critical initiatives to drive change and continuous improvement in sourcing processes and procedures, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Expertise in category management, strategic sourcing, and procurement processes.
- Proven experience managing large-scale RFx events and complex negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and supplier performance evaluation.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing professionals.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the consumer mobility ecosystem, including handsets, accessories, CPE, and logistics.
