About the role

  • Handle customer billing support and collections management.
  • Assist customers with sensitive billing situations and payment arrangements.
  • Process payment transactions and bring delinquent accounts current.
  • Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, and technical inquiries.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of calls, chats, and emails.
  • Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and AT&T products and services.
  • Maintain exceptional service and customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs)
  • An established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • Available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
  • Comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, and performance management.
