About the role
- Develop and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance web and microservice solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
- Provide hands-on architectural direction and technical mentorship across multiple teams and projects
- Drive large-scale software projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring quality, resilience, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
- Champion best practices in development methodology, security, compliance, and operational excellence
- Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within your organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of engineering or software development experience, including high-volume e-commerce applications
- 8+ years of technical team leadership and people management, guiding large and diverse teams
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern application architecture
- Proven track record in leading BSS transformation initiatives and driving measurable results
- Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Product management experience and the ability to bridge business and technology objectives
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for influencing and inspiring at all levels.
