About the role

  • Develop and execute the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital domains
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance web and microservice solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
  • Provide hands-on architectural direction and technical mentorship across multiple teams and projects
  • Drive large-scale software projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring quality, resilience, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
  • Champion best practices in development methodology, security, compliance, and operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement within your organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of engineering or software development experience, including high-volume e-commerce applications
  • 8+ years of technical team leadership and people management, guiding large and diverse teams
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and modern application architecture
  • Proven track record in leading BSS transformation initiatives and driving measurable results
  • Strong experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk/ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus)
  • Product management experience and the ability to bridge business and technology objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for influencing and inspiring at all levels.
