About the role
- Collaborates with the sales team to provide technical support and consulting, ensuring successful product integration and implementation
- Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues
- Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries
- Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 5+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
