About the role
- Collaborates with the sales team to provide technical support and consulting, ensuring successful product integration and implementation, while leveraging expertise to design optimized solutions and contribute to sales objectives through pre- and post-sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations, ensuring accurate representation and support of company products.
- Design innovative technology solutions, oversee their implementation and integration, analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality according to specifications.
- Understand and analyze client requirements, deliver tailored systems/applications solutions, answer customer inquiries, and build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of company products and industry expertise to optimize solutions, monitor performance, and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, train clients and internal teams, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with development teams to enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas
