About the role

  • Supporting compliance with federal and state regulations by monitoring proceedings, complaint pleadings, and regulatory developments.
  • Reviewing certification applications and filings required for operation.
  • Acting as the liaison to regulatory agencies such as the FCC, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication.
  • Planning and implementing regulatory strategies for new products, ensuring governmental approval.
  • Conducting research on regulatory trends and compiling information to identify potential impacts on the company’s operations.
  • Supporting processes related to documentation and reporting, analysis, witness and testimony management, regulatory strategy, public policy & advocacy, and/or stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
