About the role
- Supporting compliance with federal and state regulations by monitoring proceedings, complaint pleadings, and regulatory developments.
- Reviewing certification applications and filings required for operation.
- Acting as the liaison to regulatory agencies such as the FCC, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Planning and implementing regulatory strategies for new products, ensuring governmental approval.
- Conducting research on regulatory trends and compiling information to identify potential impacts on the company’s operations.
- Supporting processes related to documentation and reporting, analysis, witness and testimony management, regulatory strategy, public policy & advocacy, and/or stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
