About the role

  • Design and implement scalable data platforms and integrations
  • Build secure APIs, architect cloud-based solutions, and develop data pipelines that enable advanced analytics and business insights
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions that support our technology-driven initiatives
  • Ensure API security, scalability, and performance through maintenance of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Create and maintain clear API documentation
  • Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalability and resilience
  • Manage cloud resources, monitor performance, and optimize costs
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
  • Build data pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production systems
  • Implement change data capture processes for real-time data updates
  • Develop and maintain Kafka producers and consumers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in at least one back-end language (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing APIs
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
