About the role
- Build and lead a Quality Engineering organization responsible for pre-production integrated environmental management and data provisioning.
- Oversee the delivery of robust integrated environments on a Program Increment (PI) basis, enabling consistent testing across N, N+1, and N+2 releases.
- Ensure environment readiness and manage testing processes across all customer and agent journeys.
- Own and manage the data team responsible for providing test data for all phases of validation.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure integrated environments are prepared for testing and improve processes.
Requirements
- Over 15 years in Quality Engineering or Environment Management for large, complex portfolios of applications.
- Demonstrated ability to support integrated testing across multiple product and engineering teams in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Extensive experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining pre-production environments for integrated testing.
- Expertise in environment readiness for large-scale releases and incremental Agile delivery models.
- Proven ability to lead data provisioning teams, ensuring high-quality, reusable test data for multiple levels of testing.
- Experience with data extraction, anonymization, and validation techniques to support testing needs across diverse applications.
- Telecom industry experience is highly desired.
- Experience across CRM, web applications, shared services/middleware, billing, supply chain, and network systems.
- Proficiency in integrated testing methodologies, automation strategies, and tools to drive efficient and effective validations.
