About the role
- Concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field.
- Collaborate with team from assigned office location when not in the field.
- Direct, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
- Allocate sales territories and resources for optimal coverage.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on business-to-business sales.
- In-depth knowledge of sales operations, product offerings, and market dynamics.
- Experience in hiring, performance management, and talent development within a sales organization.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in a complex business environment.
