About the role

  • Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements.
  • Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers.
  • Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
