About the role
- Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements.
- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers.
- Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
