Support the design, planning, development, and evaluation of advanced hardware and software technologies
Recommend network architecture and evolution strategies aligned with corporate initiatives
Assess emerging hardware and software technologies for applicability to cloud-based and purpose-built network infrastructures
Utilize or develop network modeling and planning methodologies to deliver cost-effective solutions
Define subsystem interfaces and allocate application resources for software-defined network elements across hybrid platforms
Develop comprehensive test and implementation plans for both in-house and vendor-supplied hardware/software solutions
Evaluate the impact of vendor solutions on Mobility and Wireline networks and overall system performance
Collaborate across cross-functional domain teams to define end-to-end system-level design requirements
Requirements
Intermediate-level experience with hands-on responsibilities
Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math, or equivalent experience
